HIP Pilates @ Gails, Brook Green - 6 weeks course

This 50 minute class will get you into shape faster than any of my other classes and burn far more calories. It focuses on boosting your strength, stamina and coordination by combining body weight exercises with light weight and Pilates abdominal exercises while still incorporating key Pilates principles. If you want a more challenging workout and to tone up fast, this class is for you.
