Intermediate Pilates @ Gails, Brook Green - 6 weeks course
This is a more dynamic, challenging and faster paced class than my beginners which progresses in intensity over the weeks. It focuses on holistic body toning, building greater strength and stamina. Integrates some classical Pilates exercises from Joseph Pilates' original repertoire. Beginner / Improver Pilates experience or previous private sessions with me required to join.
