Beginners Pilates @ Gails, Brook Green - 6 weeks course

This course focuses on the Pilates basics. It's for complete novices or anyone who is relatively new to Pilates. It is also suitable for anyone with back pain or who is recovering from an injury or medical condition, for which variations can be given. These classes are for 6 people maximum. So you will receive much more of my focused attention than in larger classes, which I believe is important when you are new to Pilates.
