• Session Credit must be used within 1 month of purchase date and can not be rolled forward, transferred or refunded.
Some sessions/events may be excluded from this pack. This pack cannot be cancelled or refunded. This pack is non-transferable. The session must be used by the pack holder only. To Reschedule / Cancel a booked session:
Please log in and amend this on the Team Up system at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the session.
You will be able to cancel registrations and reschedule them until 24 hours before the event starts. If the event occurs in less than 24 hours you may still unregister but this will still be counted against your membership usage limits and you will not receive a refund for the session credit.
