Intro to Pole Fitness for Complete Beginners Only

If you have been wanting to give Pole Fitness a try but are a little nervous, this is the perfect class for you as you will all be in the same situation.

Learning Spins, Tricks, Climb's Combo's and Conditioning Exercises.

Pole Fitness is a great way to:
• Get Fit • Improve all over Body Strength • Tone Up • Burn Fat
Increase:
• Flexibility • Coordination • Confidence • All whilst Having Fun and • Making New Friends

You will start by learning the Fundamentals, progressing through lots of Spins, Tricks, Climbs, Combo's and Conditioning Exercises.

No experience necessary, no upper body strength required, (this builds with every spin and move you do) :)

• Wear comfortable workout clothing that you can move freely in, ideally ¾ length leggings and a t-shirt / vest top, shorts are not necessary in the beginning but feel free to bring a pair of emergency shorts just in case you feel brave ;)
• DO NOT wear LOTION OR OILS otherwise you cannot participate in the class, this makes the pole slippery and dangerous
• DO NOT wear Jewellery (including rings)
• Bring water, and a sweat towel

To reschedule / cancel a booked class or course please log in and amend this on the system at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the class.
You will be able to cancel registrations (and receive refunds, if applicable) until 24 hours before the event starts. If the event occurs in less than 24 hours, you may still unregister to open up a spot for someone else but this will still be counted against your course / membership usage limits and you will not receive a refund.

How do I book?
Create an account on the booking system answer the questions, sign the waiver, choose which class you would like to book in the Schedule and register, it should only take a few minutes however any questions please have a look around the website:

What if I need to cancel / change my class?
You will be charged in full for less than 24hrs notice of non attendance, it is your responsibility to change the booking prior to the 24 hour cancellation cut off point. This can be done on the booking system.
