- A FOUR week FAT LOSS challenge to reduce body fat and build lean muscle.

- THREE different measurements will be taken at the start of March and then re tested at the end (see below)

Saturday 2nd - AM before or after classes 

Monday 4th - AM or PM before or after classes 

Tuesday 5th - PM before or after classes 

Wednesday 6th - AM or PM before or after classes
