Bookings & Cancellations
• Registrations open: 63 days before event starts
• Registrations close: 2 hours before event
• Cancellation notice: 1 day before event starts
• Cancellations after this point are considered late cancellations and are not refunded.
General Use
1. All participants must complete a health questionnaire and fully disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to the SIMULATION event. Failure to disclose may result in refusal of participation without refund
2. BF reserves the absolute right to reschedule, modify, substitute, postpone, or cancel the SIMULATION event due to unforeseen circumstances including (but not limited to) facility issues, trainer availability, illness, safety concerns, or operational requirements
3. Participation in the SIMULATION event is undertaken entirely at the participant’s own risk. BF accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained in connection with the event, except where directly caused by proven negligence
4. All participants agree to comply with BF facility rules, booking policies, event guidelines, and safety procedures at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund
