Functional fitness with Pilates precision. Our 6 week course will get you stronger, building upper body and lower body strength and conditioning, working on your core, spinal strength and increase flexibility and joint mobility. With all the emphasis on good posture and alignment so you keep the spring in your step. It's all about the movements we need every day, getting off the sofa, reaching up to a high shelf, squatting down to pick something up. Gardening, playing with the kids, moving well and freely. When we lose these moments we feel vulnerable. So don't slide into poor movement patterns, get out of the armchair and into class and enjoy good movement.

Terms and Conditions

This class payment pack will entitle the purchaser to the sessions listed above. There is no refund for missed classes. You are however welcome to use our online Swop Board and make up a session in a Core mat class during this term only. Go to the website www.northantspilates.com and go to the members area, find the Swop Board page and follow instructions. The password you need is beanie - all lower case. If we don't already have an enrolment form from you we will send you one and you will need to fill it in and either email it back to us or bring to your first class so we are aware of your fitness and any issues we may need to be considerate of when planning our sessions. We are happy to offer alternatives where necessary to ensure you get the most out of our classes. This class is not suitable for anyone carrying acute injuries or back problems.
