Online Introduction - 2 week Pilates Course

Over four 1-hour sessions across 2 weeks we will practice many basic and some advanced Pilates exercises. We'll also workshop all the key postures and Pilates principles like maintaining good alignment and engaging your core. We’re keeping these sessions quite small so we can other even more personal attention as we all have our own experience levels and capabilities. Also, your posture may need tweaking differently to someone else's and you might have injuries which will change how you exercise. 

Over the course we hope to build your confidence with our unique exercise style so in the regular classes you won't be get stuck on terminology or be left confused about the aim of each exercise. You'll also get better value from the classes if you're not stop starting and checking what everyone else is doing.
