PIlates for Beginners - 2 week Course

Never done Pilates? Worried about exercise - is it for you? or you are an active person but you really want to get into the precise details of exercise? This two week introduction goes into the fundamentals of pilates and a little into your anatomy too, you will develop an understanding of how your spine works, your posture and the language and principles of Pilates. It's the perfect start to a more mindful intelligent exercise, there is no point just throwing yourself at treadmills or weight machine, learn how to exert yourself efficiently and without risk of injury. Included in the course - 2 x 75 minute sessions, homework leaflets for personal exercise, access to our beginner friendly Core Mat classes on completion.
