In this special workshop, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle yin yoga poses, with each pose linked to one of the seven chakras the body’s traditional energy centres.
As you relax into each pose, the matching crystal singing bowl will be played, creating a calming sound experience. Along the way, you’ll learn what each chakra represents, why it’s associated with that part of the body, and how the pose and sound are traditionally used to encourage balance and relaxation.
We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing guided meditation and sound journey, followed by a calming herbal tea. If you’d like, you’re welcome to choose an affirmation or oracle card as a moment of quiet reflection before you leave.
