About the workshop
In the world we live in, it can be hard to find the time and space to stop and ask whether the way you’re doing things still makes sense for you.
This workshop is an intentional pause. Time you choose to book for yourself — not because something is wrong, but because clarity, priorities and direction benefit from deliberate attention.
This two-hour coaching workshop creates space to step back and take stock. Not to escape your life, but to look at it honestly — what’s working, what isn’t and what you may be ready to leave behind.
The focus of the session is understanding your core values and how they show up in your life. Values shape how we make decisions, where we direct our energy and why certain situations repeatedly feel uncomfortable or draining.
During the workshop, you will identify your core values and explore how well they are currently reflected in your day-to-day life. This clarity supports more intentional prioritising and makes it easier to let go of expectations, habits or commitments that no longer fit.
By the end of the workshop, you will:
• Have clear insight into your core values and what they mean for you in practical terms
• Feel more confident prioritising what matters without guilt or overthinking
• Be able to recognise which demands or expectations are no longer working for you
• Understand why misalignment often shows up as stress, irritation or self-doubt
