Terms and Conditions
1. Valid for 10 mat pilates class.
2. Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
3. This class pass cannot be refunded or transferred, unless otherwise agreed.
4. All classes must be booked online via Team Up. We recommend using the Team Up App.
5. If you cannot attend class due to any reason, you must cancel your booking via Team Up before 24 hours before the class start time. Any cancellations made by you after this time will mean that a single class pass will be deducted from your pass.
6. Classes cancelled by you within the 24 hour cancellation period will not be refunded, unless exceptional circumstances, as determined by us.
7. You must wear grip socks or barefoot to all of our classes or sessions. Grip socks can be purchased from our studio.
8. If on the very rare occasion we need to cancel a class, your credit will be returned (to use at anytime that suits you). This will be communicated to you via email and text message.
9. Our studio runs a reduced class timetable on all Bank Holidays and in between the Christmas and New Year period. We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
