Robin Demeye - Transfixing Flow:

Robin's hypnotic and transfixing flow class takes a focus on smooth, ethereal & sensual movement, seamless transitions, polished with pirouettes, glides, twirls and footwork: we will be learning several transition flows to warmup, followed by a short choreography. Suitable for those with experience in dancing with heels learning - or having mastered - stylistic body waves, pole-assisted handstands & floorwork. We will be working on both dance and performance skills. The class builds on heeled fundamentals to focus on fluidity and flow, as well as expression of emotions through movement. The entire class is taught in heels (including warm up), kneepads and water are recommended. This class is suitable for Intermediate levels and above, with variations taught for each level.
