Monday Barefoot Fitness

 Barefoot fitness is a functional fitness class taught on a thick matted flooring (used for ju-jitsu) , with low impact movements but the varied intensity of a regular GirlsLovefit class! Aerobics, toning , bands, balls , core & all the fun you’d expect at GLF! KIDZ can either join in or chill to the side. The super safe matted environment at southern quarter makes it comfortable for everyone!
