Buggy Beat Pop Up Fitness Classes - (buggies & kids not a requirement!)

3x per week - Monday Wed & Thursday - drop in to any sessions during the 6 weeks! (no session on Bank holiday Monday)

Large open and safe space at Westcombe Park Rugby Club.

Sponge balls and hula hoops will be provided for the kids, while you get to workout:
