Early Morning Kick Start with Rosie

It's like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost! Plus the sociable side of course :)

Rosie will start you on your 5 or 6 week journey offering 3 sessions a week:
Mon (not Bank Holidays)
Wed
Fri
6am for 30 mins kick-ass exercise! ...You will be pushed as far as suits YOU! Rosie will tailor the session for your level of fitness whether you are a complete beginner or out of condition...or really fit!

The group is a maximum of 20, allowing for enough room in the hall and more personal attention.

Fran & Rosie will also provide you with KSFL nutrition advice AND a Kick Start Fat Loss 30 Day Manual!
