Terms & Conditions
This introductory offer is strictly available to new customers only. A new customer is someone who has not previously booked or attended a class at Core & Flow.
The offer entitles the purchaser to four classes in total for a discounted price.
All four classes must be used within 31 days of the first class registration. Any unused classes will automatically expire after this period and cannot be extended or refunded. Classes cannot be transferred to other customers or other memberships.
This offer is limited to one per new customer.
Creating or using duplicate accounts to access this offer is not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, we reserve the right to cancel any classes or credits associated with the offer and revoke eligibility for the offer. Purchases made in breach of these terms may be voided and will not be eligible for a refund.
This offer is non-refundable. Unused classes cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded as account credit, or refunded in any other form.
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.
Class bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 12 hours before the class start time via the customer's TeamUp account. Cancellations made after this time will be treated as late cancellations and will use a class credit. No-shows will also result in a class credit being used.
If Core & Flow cancels a class, the class credit will be returned to the customer's account.
Core & Flow reserves the right to determine eligibility for this offer and to refuse or revoke the offer where these terms have been breached.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
