Booking and Availability:
Sessions are subject to availability, and advanced booking is recommended.

Consultation:
The complimentary 30-minute consultation must be scheduled separately and completed before the first Personal Training Session.
The consultation will be used to tailor the session to the individual's goals and preferences.
Gift Voucher Redemption:
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session.

Participant's must complete and return PARQ and consent form before the session.
