Guided Home Yoga Practice (45 minutes online)
This is for regular yoga students who already have knowledge of Iyengar Yoga methods and can practice unsupervised at home.
Classes are broadcast live (when possible) via Zoom or YouTube weekly usually on Friday mornings, and then the recording uploaded to the Guided Home Yoga Practice members page on Rachel's website. There are 4 sessions sent out each month.
The recordings stay there forever so you can revisit the recordings at any time, as long as you have a subscription. Alternatively, you can join the classes on a drop in basis for £10 per class (so the monthly subscription is a bargain!

This is a five class pack for ANY online or in person class (excludes workshops or private tuition) @ £11 per class. The pack does not renew unless you choose it to.

Private Yoga Tuition (Studio/Online) 3 Pack
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 3 months.
A 3-session Pack for Private Tuition - valid for one person or one couple for either online (all instructors) or face to face tuition at home (Winchester / Southampton areas only). Recordings will be sent out after each session. Valid for 3 months from purchase.

In Person Private Yoga Course
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 months.
A four session course of 60 minute yoga lessons for those wanting to start yoga for the first time, or coming back after a long break. Classes must be taken within a 6 month period from the first session booked. Valid for one or two persons attending online or home visit within the Southampton / Winchester areas.
