Monthly Recurring Fee of £45 Includes:

4 x Wednesdays Beginners Class (In Person or on Zoom)
Ongoing support, homework setting and marking etc
Monthly Monday group catch up sessions on Zoom

Trainees are expected to attend an additional peer group or extended learning workshop monthly, level 2 or 3 class weekly, payable separately.

A four session course of 60 minute yoga lessons for those wanting to start yoga for the first time, or coming back after a long break. Classes must be taken within a 6 month period from the first session booked. Valid for one or two persons attending at Rachel's studio. For home visits, please contact Rachel as travel charges may be applicable.
