-classes must be cancelled through our booking system with a minimum notice of 2 hours prior to class commencement
-class cancellations via phone, email, social media are not accepted
-late cancelations/no shows will incur $15 fee and access may be restricted (Any FullStudio, LifeStyle & Unlimited Memberships); no exceptions.
-minimum term for membership is 8 instalments (unless otherwise stated); weekly instalments
-membership commences with purchase
-membership runs indefinitely until cancelled via email or booking software; 28 days notice before next billing date required. Cancellation period cannot be suspended.
-can be suspended up to 3x per year for up to 4 weeks each time; 7 days notice must be provided
-suspension and cancellation request must be send via email to info@trunkstudios.com.au (requests via phone, in person or social media are not accepted)
-No refunds, early cancellations, transfers or extensions are offered due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every week. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 8 weeks must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
