Are you looking to return to exercise after having a baby?

In our 6 week Postnatal Pilates Return to Exercise course, we will use traditional Pilates principles to rebuild your strength by focusing on the core, pelvic floor and glutes.

With gentle core rehab, pelvic floor exercises, stretching and realigning your postural muscles, we will iron out any of those baby cuddling/ carrying/ feeding niggles and get you ready to return to exercise from the core out.

Suitable for all women up to 8 months after giving birth. You must have had your 6-8 week GP appointment.
