A 55-minute private Pilates session offers personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored specifically to your body, goals, and experience level. During the session, you may work on a variety of Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and other specialized equipment, along with mat exercises.
