Description
This membership is a rolling contract, every month the payment will be taken from your account. Should you wish to terminate your contract, you can do so with a months notice by emailing James directly.
You are committed to attending 3 sessions per week, which must be booked in advance, If you do not attend all 3 sessions, these sessions can not be transferred to forthcoming weeks or refunded. We do not offer a refund policy once you have signed up for this membership you are committed to the term agreed.
The team Kindly ask that if you can not attend a booked session for any reason that you cancel this with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel a booked session will result in a strike against your membership, here at Livefit 14 we operate a "3 strike no show/late cancellation policy, your membership will be restricted for 7 days if 3 no show or late cancellations are obtained in a month .

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
