Chest worn heart rate strap and sensor for use with Indoor Cycling Classes, Run Classes and any sport.
Once you have clicked 'purchase' and you have confirmation of your order, please do the following:

REMEMBER! Your 'Username' and 'Password'
2) Within the Polar Account - complete your personal details - including your Maximum Heart Rate (don't worry about the other line information in blue - unless you know it!)
2) Email Sam@TheRedFrontDoor.co.uk and let us know your Username and Password for your Polar Account.
3) We will link your account to The Rascal Club
4) Tell us when your next sessions is and we'll make sure it's set up and ready to go.

These heart rate straps can be washed at less than 40 degrees but the sensors (although they are water resistant) must not be washed in a washing machine! The manufacturer can apparently tell if they have been!
They are under warrantee for 12 months from date of purchase. The battery should last 400 hours!
