This membership gives you access to all our classes and session that are up to 60 mins in duration; Indoor Cycling, Circuits, Pilates, Yoga, Core Strength and Stretch, Stretch, Run - all our classes are Small Group Personal Training. This membership drives you to maximise your personal training. Need help with anything booking related? Ask Kerry on reception@TheRascalClub.com This membership bills every month on the 1st of the month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the month.
This membership is for 6 months and it auto renews every 6 months. You may cancel in writing to Reception@TheRascalClub.co.uk with 30 days notice prior to each 6 months renewal period. See our terms and conditions for details.
It is really important that when you are unable to attend a session you cancel yourself from the booking system 24 hours before the start of the class. Members are permitted ONE ‘No-show/late cancellation’ per month. All Members who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will have their account put on hold for 2 days – unable to book during that time. Obviously if you are suddenly ill, have an accident or something of this nature please let us know by email (not text): reception@TheRascalClub.co.uk, so that we can disregard the 'No-show/late cancellation' from your membership.
Beginner Run Club - 4 months. Learn to run and build up to a 5km. The 5km might be walking, running or jeffing (a bit of both). But we will get you there.
This membership is for use with Clive's Tuesday 12noon Beginners Walk to Run sessions.

The classes are about 45 minutes long, this includes the warm up and cool down with important stretches.
We work inside and can use the outside space with an assortment of equipment as well as using body weight exercises. Cardio and strength are pushed throughout at a pace you're happy with. You can stay in your comfort zone, or give us the nod (or too much banter) and we'll push you out of your comfort zone!
AND THE BEST PART! You start the program on the day that suits you.
If you have younger children, they are welcome to come along and 'join in' at no cost - they can't use the weights but they can have fun or play around us or simply read a book in room next door!
So, no child care = no excuse!
We work 52 weeks of the year and love an excuse for a Bank Holiday work out too!
Every session on our timetable is available for YOU to book with this membership - ideally not more than 2 a day though please!
If you with to PAYG for classes/ sessions you need to purchase this membership fro£25 each time you wish to book a session.
1) Purchase this membership (it will then be sitting as a credit on your account)
2) Navigate to the class/ session that you'd like to book and use this membership '£25 PAYG' to pay
3) You will then be booked onto the class
note! You can't simply buy the membership and presume you are booked.
If you cancel the session, 24 hours in advance you will be refunded and the credit will sit on your account to be used in the future.
Why does the PAYG membership cost £25?
We are a Small Group PERSONAL TRAINING facility and pride ourselves on knowing every member very well. We know your goals, aims, dreams aliments and pledge to look after everyone as though it was a personal training session.
If you choose not Pay Monthly for our regular membership, we need to make sure we still have the capacity and time to look after you and invest our time planning, thinking and organising to make sure you are just as loved and looked after. This takes time and so costs £25.
