Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Commitment
• All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the start date.
• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Members may cancel their membership at any time after the initial three-month commitment period by providing at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
• Cancellations submitted with less than 14 days’ notice may result in one additional billing cycle before the membership is terminated.

3. Access and Usage
• Members have unlimited access to all scheduled classes and open gym hours during normal operating times.
• Access may be restricted only for maintenance, holidays, or special events, with reasonable notice provided to members.

4. Payment Terms
• Membership fees must be kept up to date to maintain access to the facility and classes.
• Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is cleared.

5. Membership Freezes or Holds
• Memberships may be temporarily frozen for valid reasons (e.g., medical or travel), subject to management approval and written request.
• A minimum notice period and supporting documentation may be required.

6. General Conduct
• Members must follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• The facility reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for behavior that endangers others or violates policy.

7. Liability Waiver
• By activating membership, the member acknowledges that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks and agrees to release the facility, staff, and owners from liability for injury or loss, except in cases of gross negligence.
