Membership details:

  • 1 class per week, no time restrictions

  • Ongoing monthly membership with a minimum 2-month commitment

  • Payments are automatically debited each month on the same date as your initial purchase

Cancellations:

  • Provide 2 weeks’ notice via email

Holds (for holidays, injuries, illness, etc.):

  • 2 weeks’ notice via email

  • Up to 6 weeks hold per year (rolling), minimum 1 week per hold

  • Holds exceeding 6 weeks will result in membership cancellation; re-purchase at the new customer rate

    Terms and conditions
    This rolling monthly class pass entitles the purchaser to one class per week at Hotpod Yoga Chester. A week runs from Monday to Sunday and unused credits cannot be carried over. Payment will be automatically taken each month in advance until you cancel your class pass. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the class pass. The first payment is due on the class pass start date. In the case where the billing day does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the class pass will be billed on the last day of the month. Once the payment is taken for any month, it is non-refundable and refunds will not be issued for partial months. Some workshops/events may be excluded from this class pass, please check the website for further information. Unless otherwise noted, this class pass is non-transferable. You must book in advance to secure a spot. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Hotpod Yoga reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of a month or apply a charge (the charge would be stipulated on the booking confirmation) in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations. We may vary the price of the class pass from time to time, in which case you will be given a months’ notice in advance of the change. The class pass may be cancelled or placed on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks at any time by providing at least 2 weeks notice by email. The maximum total hold duration in any 12 month rolling period is 6 weeks, after which your class pass will be cancelled and need to be re-purchased at the new customer rate. Cancellations and holds are not confirmed until confirmation is received.
