3.15pm: Restorative Breathwork Overview
An soothing Breathwork experience led by Katy, will calm your nervous system and prepare your body for afternoon ahead. This grounding session will soften and slow down the breath, though various breathing techniques. It will leave you feeling a state of deep clam, inner peace and connection.

4pm: Indulging Afternoon tea: A selection of afternoon teas, hot cocoa, and natural sweet treats home and hand made by Laira to deepen your senses in preparation to your Yin and Sound Experience.

4.30pm: Yin Yoga Overview
A grounding Yoga practice led by Emily. Focusing on passive yoga postures, using straps, blocks and bolsters to support you to deeply open the body and building a real sense of calm.. This is fully relaxing experience, using the cocoon-like nature of the Pod and calming, guided teaching style to take you a million miles away from the outside world. It will leave you feeling well relaxed, The perfect start to tune in to you Sound beats

5.15pm: Sound Bath Overview
A immersive and healing Sound Bath, led by Kat. Immerse your self in the profound sounds and vibrations of various instruments, for a supercharged healing experience that will touch every aspect of your being. This session will leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and in a state of deep rest.

This class pass can only be purchased once per customer. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable or refundable, and cannot be used to book other class types. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Hotpod Yoga reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of a pass in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
