HOW TO BOOK

1 - Choose a drop in class or buy/use a class pass

2 - NEXT, arrive at the class on time, bring a drink and a fitness mat.

3- If you can no longer attend simply cancel your space with 24hrs notice for a refund.

CLASS PASSES

£40.00 - 10 class pass
Class passes do not need to be used consecutively, simply reserve the classes you wish to attend.

Buy your class pass when registering for a class.

(If you reserve a class and don't show up you will lose a credit on your pass)

PARQ's will be required at your first class
