Keeping the group small means I can focus on each client ensuring they are practicing each move effectively and safely to get the very best out of each class.

Buying the block also means you will see improvements each week in your strength, flexibility, mobility and posture.

The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances through Pilates based exercises:

-Increase muscular balance and strength

-Improve posture

-Facilitate the ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally

Bring your own mat and towel, mini ball and block. 

Plus warm socks and a cosy jumper for the cool down stretches and relaxation.
