Small Group Fitness Pilates
Join me for small group Fitness Pilates classes at Edgmond Village Hall on Wednesdays 9.30-10.30 Course Dates: 15th April - 20th May - 6 week block. £8.00 adhoc drop ins. Buying the block also means you will see improvements each week in your strength, flexibility, mobility and posture.The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances through Pilates based exercises:-Increase muscular balance and strength-Improve posture-Facilitate the ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationallyBring your own mat and towel, mini ball and block. Plus warm socks and a cosy jumper for the cool down stretches and relaxation.(Any classes booked & missed)
