The Confidence Project is an 8-week guided coaching experience designed to help you build strength, confidence and consistency.
You’ll receive structured coaching, nutrition guidance, progressive training, accountability and your own Club One Coaching Journal — alongside unlimited access to our gym, classes and sauna.
