90 min long seminar led by Dr. Sinead Roberts who is Performance Nutritionist at British Weightlifting and specialises in performance in strength and power sports and weight-cutting strategies.

  • Fuelling for Life & Performance: Optimising energy levels inside and outside the gym, covering basic diet, nutrient timing, and supplementation.

  • Strength & Power Nutrition: Tailored strategies to increase training capacity, enhance recovery, and minimize injury risk in power-based sports.

  • Weight Management & Cutting: Scientific approaches to weight classes, managing weight cuts (water/carb/fiber manipulation), and safe, effective post-weigh-in re-fuelling.
