This package begins on the date of the first class you register for. You do not have to book the same class each week. All classes are booked on a first come/first served basis. Please ensure you book classes suitable to your level.
Cancelling classes: You can cancel a class providing you do this within the cancellation period before the start of the class. You will then receive a credit to your account which must be used before the end of the pack expiry date. It is your responsibility to cancel classes via your account, and not by emailing The Pole Studio team. If 36 hours notice isn't given then you will forfeit the class and not receive a credit. Refunds will not be issued. A class pack of 4 allows you to join any of our group classes.
