Foundation course
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 1 month.
The Foundation course is four hour long sessions spread over two weeks, designed to teach you the basics of crossfit so you can then book on to any of the normal classes and have a basic knowledge of the movements, types of workouts, rules, and the ethos etc.

For these first two weeks the sessions will be at 7:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings to ensure it’s only beginners on them. We do ask that you start on session 1 which will be one of the Tuesdays and attend all 4 classes as they run in sequence. We will advertise start dates but if you are unsure then it could be best to get in touch before booking onto your first class.

You will also be able to use 1 more per week but only for the beginners class on Saturday mornings 8:15am or kettlebells on a Sunday morning 9am. You will then be able to book onto 3 sessions per week for the remaining 2 weeks at any normal class times that suit your lifestyle.

This allows us to gradually get you used to the movements, terminology and get you feeling more comfortable before entering the main classes.

Terms and Conditions

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 1 month.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
