BEGINNER "MAT TO TOWER" 10 WEEK COURSE - APR-JUL 2026: THURS @ 10:30
A perfect follow on for clients who have attended one (or more) of our Beginner Courses. Each "element" of the spring-loaded Towers will be slowly introduced and you'll be taught a series of exercises using each piece e.g. Rollbacks with the Rollback bar or Side-Lying Legs with the Leg Springs - many exercises closely relate to what you've learned on the mat, but might feel a little different due to the springs. Time will also be taken to recap and practice Beginner Mat exercises and their progressions, again, perhaps using the Tower as a useful stepping stone from Basic to Improver level exercises. Class size limited to 8 clients.
We ask that you attend the same class each week for the entire duration of the course. If you can’t attend any of the classes, please Unregister from that particular week via your Customer Account, or notify us by email. You need to do this at least 12 hours before the start of the class. Clients are then welcome to book one “make-up” class per course purchased. i.e. You can attend a class from our Group Class timetable instead. Subsequent missed classes cannot be made-up, nor do we provide refunds or carry-over to subsequent courses. Please note, no class Thursday 28/5/26
