Balls, Balls… Roll up for our Saturday morning workshop! Phoebe will teach a series of Big Ball and Small Ball exercises, using the ball as a prop to aid movement. This might be to challenge and promote balance, stability or greater range of movement, or to provide support where an exercise is presently out of reach. This mat-based workshop will arm you with lots of exercises to take with you and do at home. Workshops must be booked in advance and are subject to minimum and maximum client numbers. Book early to avoid disappointment. Workshops are non-refundable or transferable - please ensure you can attend the workshop before making a purchase.
