Equally perfect for everyone who wants a calm (re)introduction to moving their body this 2026.  Emma teaches our Back Pain and Beginner courses on Thursday nights – this workshop is a great opportunity to meet Emma and learn a few of her favourite Pilates exercises and why. Struggling with a certain movement or exercise? We can work with and around limitations and make movement available and enjoyable to everyone, no matter your background, experience or level of fitness. Movement literally is medicine. Workshops must be booked in advance and are subject to minimum and maximum client numbers. Book early to avoid disappointment.
