Sophie’s mindful workshop will begin with a short breath-based warmup to quieten busy minds. This sets the scene for a gentle but fluid Pilates mat class where you’ll be encouraged to move through a series of simple exercises, matching movement to your own natural breathing pattern, seeking enjoyment in how the body moves when we’re not overworking and overthinking, just breathing and moving. Workshops must be booked in advance and are subject to minimum and maximum client numbers. Book early to avoid disappointment.
