BEGINNER PILATES 10 WEEK COURSE - JAN-MAR 2026: MON @ 09:30

A Mat Pilates course aimed at both complete Beginners and everyone wanting a slower paced and more detailed class. The final week of the course will be taught on the spring-loaded Towers by way of an introduction. Class size limited to 8 clients and all equipment is provided. We ask that you attend the same class each week for the entire duration of the course. If you can’t attend any of the classes, please Unregister from that particular week via your Customer Account, or notify us by email. You need to do this at least 12 hours before the start of the class. Clients are then welcome to book one “make-up” class per course purchased. i.e. You can attend a class from our Group Class timetable instead. Subsequent missed classes cannot be made-up, nor do we provide refunds or carry-over to subsequent courses.
