BACK PAIN PILATES 10 WEEK COURSE - JAN-MAR 2026: THURS @ 18:15
Pilates classes to help you manage chronic back and neck pain. Exercises will also address common causes of back pain, such as restricted movement in hips and shoulders. Taught by a certified Pilates teacher and Physiotherapist. All equipment provided. Class size limited to 8 clients. We ask that you attend the same class each week for the entire duration of the course. If you can’t attend any of the classes, please unregister in advance from that particular week via your Customer Account, or notify us by email. Clients are welcome to do one “make-up” class per course purchased. i.e. you can attend one of our other classes on our regular timetable instead. Subsequent missed classes cannot be made-up, nor do we provide refunds or carry-over to subsequent courses.
