BEGINNER PILATES COURSE - NOV/DEC 2025: THURS @19:15
Aimed at both complete Beginners and everyone wanting a slower paced and more detailed class. Weeks 1-5 will be taught on the Mat. Weeks 6 & 7 of the course will be taught on the spring-loaded Towers by way of an introduction to anyone who hasn't used them before. If you have, it's an opportunity to use the large equipment at a pace that suits you. All equipment provided!
