This free Community Class Pass entitles the account holder to one class at Hotpod Yoga South Wimbledon. Booking in advance is essential to secure a spot. This pass has no cash value and can’t be refunded or exchanged.
This pass is for one person only and is non-transferable. Each attendee must have their own Hotpod Yoga account and complete their own registration/booking. Bookings made for someone else, or attempts to share a pass/account, may be cancelled and the attendee(s) may be turned away so space is protected for those who have booked correctly.
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. If you don’t attend a booked class, or cancel within 6 hours of the class start time, the pass will be deducted/marked as used. Hotpod Yoga South Wimbledon reserves the right to restrict or block future free community class bookings in cases of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
Hotpod Yoga South Wimbledon reserves the right to amend class schedules and these terms at any time, and to refuse entry where bookings do not meet the above conditions.
