Fitter Faster Stronger (FFS)
This is our signature Functional Conditioning Session that is suitable for all levels of fitness. It's the ideal class for anyone looking to burn off extra calories & improve their aerobic fitness as well as increase strength and fat loss. All sessions are coached by experienced trainers so that your time here is productive and motivational. We use simple but effective exercises & movements whilst incorporating equipment such as Kettlebells, Ski Ergs, Power Bags, Rowers, Slam Balls, Air Bikes, Spin Bikes & Sleds. Give it a go!
