Terms and Conditions
The Annual Pass is a 12-month unlimited yoga class pass paid in full in advance. The price of the Annual Pass is equivalent to 10 months of our Complete Membership, giving you 2 months free. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, the Annual Pass is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled part way through the term.
The Annual Pass is valid for 12 consecutive months from the start date and does not automatically renew at the end of the term.
Some workshops/events may be excluded from this class pass, please check the website for further information. Unless otherwise noted, this class pass is non-transferable.
You must book in advance to secure a spot. A maximum of two class registrations can be made per day. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Hotpod Yoga reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of the membership term or apply a charge (the charge would be stipulated on the booking confirmation) in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
Annual Passes cannot be paused, frozen or put on hold at any time during the 12-month term. Extensions will not be granted for unused time, holidays, illness, injury or any other absence.
Hotpod Yoga Sheffield reserves the right to amend the class timetable, teachers, opening hours and studio operation where reasonably necessary.
Penalty System: No Show Penalty
After 1 no shows within 5 days, you will be subject to a charge of £5.00.
