    NB This membership automatically bills every month.
    The first payment is due on the membership's start date.
    This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

    Terms and Conditions for On Demand subscription
    1. Physical condition of the Customer.
    The Customer warrants and represents that she is in good physical condition and the information contained in his/her Pre Exercise Questionnaire or Health Declaration, which was completed online as part of the joining process, is true and accurate. Furthermore, she warrants that she is capable of engaging in exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to her health, safety, comfort or physical condition.

    2. Custom.
    (a) Every candidate for subscription shall be at least 16 years of age.
    (b) Unless otherwise agreed by the Proprietor, the Customer shall only be entitled to access 'On Demand' classes.

    3. Subscriptions.
    (a) From the date of subscription commencing, customers shall continue for the minimum period (one month) and shall continue thereafter until terminated. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel their subscription via the online booking system.
    (b) Beginning when the Customer is accepted, they shall pay a regular subscription by direct debit. These amounts shall be payable by each customer irrespective of the actual usage or change in personal circumstances.
    (c) Once the customer has been set up, it is the responsibility of the customer to manage this subscription via the online booking system.

    4. Termination of Subscription.
    (a) The Proprietor may terminate the subscription of any Customer;
    (i) without notice and with immediate effect in the event that a customer either:
    (a) acts in a manner that is, in the reasonable opinion of the Proprietor, unacceptable; or
    (b) If any part of the monthly membership subscription remains unpaid 5 days after the date due for payment.
    (c) The Customer may cancel their membership at any time, Please note that no monies that have already been paid will be refunded unless there are exceptional circumstances that have been agreed with proprietor

    5. Customer Conduct.
    A Customer (and, where appropriate his/her Guests) must:
    (a) dress in clothing suitable for exercise
    (b) show consideration for other Members and Instructors at all times
    (c) not behave in an anti-social or disruptive manner

    6. Rules pertaining to young persons (under 18).
    (a) Young persons under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
    (b) Parents are totally responsible for their children’s activities at all times.

    7. Alterations or Variations.
    (a) This Membership Agreement may be revoked, supplemented or altered by the Proprietor at its discretion and the Proprietor shall give the Members reasonable notice in advance of such changes by posting a written notice in the facebook support group and via email. If the changes affect any fee or charges which a Member is liable to pay the Proprietor shall provide written notice at least 14 days in advance of the changes being made, in the facebook support group and by email to the last address that the Member has provided.
