Terms and Conditions for the class pack:-

1. Physical condition of the Customer.
The Customer warrants and represents that she is in good physical condition and the information contained in his/her Pre Exercise Questionnaire or Health Declaration, which was completed online as part of the joining process, is true and accurate. Furthermore, she warrants that she is capable of engaging in exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to her health, safety, comfort or physical condition.

2. Custom.
(a) Every candidate for class pack shall be at least 16 years of age.

3. Customer Conduct.
A Customer (and, where appropriate her Guests) must:
(a) dress in clothing suitable for exercise
(b) show consideration for other Members and Instructors at all times
(c) not behave in an anti-social or disruptive manner

4. Rules pertaining to young persons (under 18).
(a) Young persons under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
(b) Parents are totally responsible for their children’s activities at all times.

5. Alterations or Variations.
(a) This Agreement may be revoked, supplemented or altered by the Proprietor at its discretion and the Proprietor shall give the Members reasonable notice in advance of such changes by posting a written notice in the Facebook support group and via email. If the changes affect any fee or charges which a Member is liable to pay the Proprietor shall provide written notice at least 14 days in advance of the changes being made, in the Facebook support group and by email to the last address that the Member has provided.

This membership allows you to do as many 'On Demand' classes as you like PLUS you will be able to book for FREE on to TWO ‘live’ via Zoom classes every month too without it impacting on your class pack.
