To start the new year we are running our next 2 month bootcamp with all the bells and whistles starting on Monday 7th January. This Bootcamp is 4 classes a week available Monday, Wednesday, Friday 0500/0700/0930/1230 and Sunday @ 1000. Each class is 1 hour long and will guide you through getting started with crossfit.
The exercise goals of the Bootcamp will fall in line with our level 1 board with prizes at the end of the course.
For the first time we will be offering a full nutrition plan in conjunction with Karl Bartlett. A award winning chef of 16years. You will receive meal plans tailored to your needs plus help throughout the Bootcamp
