Strength Training Requirement

Strength training is a key part of staying healthy and resilient while training for a half marathon. All participants are required to follow an approved strength program alongside their running.

If you are not currently strength training (in a program to be reviewed and approved by Cam), we offer an all-in option that includes:

  • A runner-specific strength program

  • An open gym membership at Fernie Strength Collective

Combined Running + Strength Package: $395 (the strength add on will be charge separately after discussion with Camille)

Regular value: $574

Early registration pricing available until January 31

Optional Add-On

  • Gait Analysis with Camille
    Conducted in January or February
(Highly recommended for identifying inefficiencies and reducing injury risk)

This program is ideal for runners who want structure, coaching, and long-term progress—whether this is your first half marathon or you’re looking to train smarter than before.
